Cultural Intelligence

Cultural intelligence can be understood as the capability to relate and work effectively across cultures. The term cultural intelligence and the abbreviation ‘CQ’ was developed by the research done by Soon Ang and Linn Van Dyne as a researched-based way of measuring and predicting intercultural performance.

What do you view 'Cultural Intelligence’ to be? What does it mean to you...? Describe your understanding and cite an example to help illustrate your thoughts.
