Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

The  power point  2013 came with new features but there are those important training  which are common to PowerPoint

 Understanding the program

Your users must know how to run PowerPoint 2013. More important, they must know how to adapt if the technology fails.

Using the slide master

Creating the presentation can be a laborious process, so efficiency matters. Show users how to configure the Slide Master first thing. It saves time up front and later. Users can quickly create a consistent look that's easy to maintain.

Keeping it simple Where text is concerned, less is more. Your presenters don't want the audience reading slides; they want the audience listening to them

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.

b. Use of presenter view

Watch these videos to learn how to use Presenter view in PowerPoint 2013 to separate what you see from what your audience sees.

c. Slide application. This is also very important,

  • Use Presenter- View on one monitor   Presenter View no longer requires multiple monitors. Now you can rehearse in Presenter View without hooking up anything else.

  • Zoom in on a slide- Click the magnifying glass to zoom in on charts, diagrams, or whatever you want to emphasize for your audience.

  • Jump to a slide-  Use Slide Navigator to browse to other slides in the presentation.

  • Automatic set up - PowerPoint can automatically sense your computer setup and choose the right monitor for Presenter view
