Given the growing competition in the business environment of our century ranging from
innovative tech and managerial advancement its essential for any firm or business individual who

knowing what our clients’ needs it takes into account creating a plan to collect the information and
how to convert this information to knowledge using the appropriate instruments crafted for such

The world of today depends on how much information one knows and how the information
