Currently business has gone digital, and every company in one or the other is forced to
embrace the transformation. This paper is going to analyze the use of social media, specifically
Twitter and Instagram by Jaguar Car Company to enable its sales.

Jaguar has different forms of social media that they use to connect to the customers in

designed for the primary purpose to be placed in regions where clients can collect and share their
liking in relation to the products of Jaguar Company. Thus, for the company to ensure that the
