Theoretical Framework
The theoretical framework which will be adopted for this study is the systems theory.
This theory was developed by Ludwig von Bertalanffy a biologist who looked at the general
systems theory and was further developed in 1956 by Ross Ashby who looked at cybernetics.
This theory can be applied to different disciplines and its basic concept is studying how abstract
phenomena is organized away from it basic qualities and attributes. It therefore generally seeks
to identify the general principles which are found within complex entities and seeks to describe
