The extent to which John Wooden Pyramid of success fits today’s business environment
The pyramid of success as described by John Wooden is a perfect fit in business models
applied in the modern workplace. Quite a large number of CEOs have used the concept of the
pyramid on their way to the top and success. The pyramid of success has helped John Wooden
reach success throughout his illustrious career and become a champion. It's amazing how the
Pyramid of Success by John Wooden has worked so well in a business environment. The

relationship between the satisfaction of one's self by understanding that they have made an effort
in becoming the best they can and what they are capable of achieving. The philosophy of coach
Wooden was to always focus on the character rather than reputation. What counts most is your
character, and it's what you can control. Wooden spent decades identifying the traits and
characteristics that help in identifying a successful person and these behaviors were reduced to a
list of 25 common behaviors and thus created a triangular diagram iconic in nature known as the
pyramid of success. He brought the team together and inspired them to success by showing them
how to master the fundamental skills and turn them to reality.
