Often effective stress management requires a combination of various techniques which
will end up easing one’s stress. Stress is often as a result of both external and internal stimuli
when unexpected occurrences happen causing mental and physiological pain (Schmidt, 2018).
However, there is both good and bad stress, but in most cases, people tend to focus on managing
bad stress since it has adverse effects. Stress management is thus the process in which people to
effectively understand the various stress they encounter and devise ways to reduce or do away
with them.
The most effective stress management techniques.
Currently, most of the stress management techniques that I have adapted are mostly
action-oriented techniques. They include proper time management where I normally form a
schedule of the activities, I am going to be doing every day to avoid rushing in the last minute
which may result in stress. The other technique is exercising where I run or even work out at the
