Twice as many students go to park than to the theater. ..five more students go to the theater than to the museum. ..If 1  students go to the park,  how many students go to the museum?

Sep 1st, 2015

let the

number of students to park=x

number of students to theatre=y

number of students to museum=z

Twice as many students go to park than to the theater.

If 1  students go to the park, so ,x=1

i think there is a typing mistake in question,

it is not 1 students going to the park

give me five minute

Sep 1st, 2015

et the

number of students to park=x

number of students to theatre=y

number of students to museum=z

If 16  students go to the park, so ,x=16

Twice as many students go to park than to the theater.

so,students going to theatre,y = 2 * x

= 2*16

=32

five more students go to the theatre than to the museum.

so,students going to museum,z = y-5

=32-5

so answer is students going to museum = 27

hope you understood..please message if you have any doubts...thank you

i got confused...iam sorry

If 16  students go to the park, so ,x=16

Twice as many students go to park than to the theater.

so,students going to theatre,y =  x /2

= 16 /2

= 8

five more students go to the theatre than to the museum.

so,students going to museum,z = y-5

=8-5

so answer is students going to museum = 3

hope you understood..please message if you have any doubts...thank you

i apologize for my mistake
