formulating their recommendation. One of those ethical issues is the conservation of the
environment. Mega Food Company deals with food products. This mandates the company to
conserve the environment by making sure that garbage is disposed of well to avoid polluting the
city of location. The second ethical issue is the contribution to taxes paid. Since the company
carries its business to make profits, it has to adhere to law and code of ethics by paying taxes.
The third issue is the fair pricing of the company’s products. The company should observe ethics
