Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

let the number of gallons be x

0.15x+0.35*5 = 19%(x+5)

0.15x+1.75 =0.19x+0.95

0.19x-0.15x = 1.75-0.95

0.04x= 0.8

x= 0.8/0.04

x= 20 gallons
