Organizational change is not always successful. Identify factors that can cause change initiatives to fail and the five pillars that can cause them to succeed. Highlight an organization that failed to adapt and evaluate which of these factors and pillars were demonstrated by this organization.

Many changes usually take place in my organization, and I have been part of
many of these changes. However, out of all these changes, the change that impacted
me most was the leadership change that was enacted for my team who were working
on the organization's talent group operations. In the group, I was the 2nd in the chain
of leadership and the management wanted to select one of the top three leaders to lead
the Talent show operations for the organization. Surprisingly, the administration
chose the guy who was the third leader. The guy however turned out to exhibit
excellent quality and skills that effectively aided the talent show festive to the end
