Hello!

Denote O the origin of the coordinate system. Then for any point A its coordinates are the same as the components of the vector OA.

Also,
vector OP + vector PQ = vector OQ, or
vector OP = vector OQ - vector PQ.

The left side is the same as the coordinates of point P while the right side is

<-2 - (-3), -1.25 - (-3.25), 7.5 - 4.5> =
<1, 2, 3>.

The answer: P = (1, 2, 3).
