Should children be allowed to use their phone? What you might find amusing is the incident that happened to me when I was seventeen. It was the first time that I had ever lost in the Fifth Avenue in New York. Being helpless and anxious, I can turn to nothing for help but the mobile phone in my pocket. Luckily, I got some help and successfully found my way to the school by calling 911. This personal experience fully convinced me that, in handling emergencies mobile phones play a significant role.
