This week's assignment: (0 pts.)

This week's assignment: program design, appointment scheduling, adjusting the program

Design a nutrition and supplement strategy for your client. Be specific, thorough, and provide rationale for the program you have designed.

In addition, detail your proposed appointment schedule over the course of the client's program. Include frequency (when you'll meet), what you will discuss or do at each appointment, and which assessments you will perform and when.

The final piece of being fully prepared to take on clients is to practice adjusting the program.

Based on the plan and behavior goals you have designed for your sample client, briefly predict how you expect your client's body to change over the next 2 months. How will you adjust the program if you perceive a plateau?

Assume your client successfully reaches his or her original outcome goal. Choose a new hypothetical goal or situation and describe how you would adjust your program accordingly. (Some ideas: client becomes pregnant, client wants to compete in a bodybuilding competition, client wants to train for a marathon, client wants to lose even more body fat, etc.)

Make sure you descibe how you can use macros and the math based off his results I’ll give you my case study and my forms but I want the essay on his macros I’ll give u a pdf on how to calculate macros so know math and than a nutrition program based off his macros and than also go into what supplements he needs. Than go into how you will fix this if he plateus for example change his macros every 2 weeks if he loose weight also than maybe change into if he wants to compete into body building he can go into a carb cycle diet and talk about how he would do that and what types of food he needs and how many cards on high training days and low training days etc. this is based off issa so cite in ISSA I can provide textbook if needed and cite in mla. Mla format also provide plagiarism report.

Nutrition plan: Macro-counting
I recommend that Elvis’ nutrition plan be based on macro- counting, depending on his
level of activity and changes in his goals. Elvis requires 1758 calories to maintain his basic
metabolic rate. Hence, calculation of his macros will be based on the calories he needs for his
BMR. Elvis had indicated that one of his goals was to lose weight; hence he will need to go into
caloric deficit to lose body fat. Since Elvis explained that he needs a sustainable plan, I will use
15% to calculate his caloric deficit, depending on his level of activity. Since Elvis is going to be
engaging in exercise 3 days a week for at least 3 hours, his activity level will be moderate, hence
his total daily energy expenditur...
