There are several project development methodologies in existence today which allows
professionals to have a wide range of choices to choose the best-suited one. In this case, the
interviewee uses the agile project development methodology. The agile methodology is one of
the most recognized methodologies and is best suited for incremental and iterative projects. In
this method, demands and solutions evolve in a collaborative manner which is characterized by
