Part One: You must interview 3-5 people and ask them these questions:
What does it mean to live your best life?
Do you think you are living your best life? If so, how? If not, why not?
What advice would you give to someone to help them live their best life?
Your own questions- if you ask additional questions, please be sure to include them in
Other Questions you should ask (these should be included in your overall reflection):
Age range (some people do not like to give their age and so, you can ask them for their
Occupation- what do they do for a living? And if they enjoy this work? If they are a
student, ask them why they decided to attend college and if they are majoring in
something they were told to major in or because they actually want that major?
Where are they from? Are they from Chicago? Another country?
Consider interviewing your parents, grandparents, other relatives, supervisors and
friends. Make sure it is someone you know and who can give you an honest answer.
1. Summarize what you learned from those you interviewed in 1-2 pages;
2. Offer a short reflection on how these interviews impact you on how to begin to live your
best life (1-2 pages).
