Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

a)accleration = Vf-Vi/t

Vi=0

Vf=24.8 m/s

t=5s

a=24.8/5 =4.96 m/s^2

b) d=1/2at^2

=1/2 *4.96 *5*5

=62 m.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.

sorry, u are question too fast to answer let me check.

Sep 8th, 2015

a)accleration = Vf-Vi/t

Vi=0

Vf=24.8 m/s

t=5.90s

a=24.8/5.90=4.20 m/s^2

b) d=1/2at^2

=1/2 *4.20 *5*5

= 52.5 m

The was still wrong

Sep 8th, 2015

which one is wrong a or b

Sep 8th, 2015

b) d=1/2at^2

=1/2 *4.20 *5.9*5.9

=73.10 m

this should be right....................................................................................................
