Question Description

What is their argument? I'm looking for answers beyond "everyone should go to college," which is not actually what they say. What they're doing here is called using "qualifiers"--these are parts of an argument which you carve out and essentially say "well, this big idea is mostly true, but it's not true in these particular cases..." You do that to make a stronger argument (& to argue for something which can be accomplished, rather than a fantasy).

How do they make their case?

Is any of their evidence weak/do they leave anything out?

What do they argue in the section called "policy implications"?
