So the first salesperson's pay check = $x+10\%\hspace{5}of\hspace{5}x=x+\frac{10}{100}x=x+0.1x=1.1x$

The two paycheck's total \$1325.

So,

$\\ x+1.1x=1325\\ \\ 2.1x=1325\\ \\ x=\frac{1325}{2.1}\\ \\ x=630.95$

So, first salesperson's pay check $=1.1x=1.1\times630.95=694.045\approx\694.05$

Second salesperson's paycheck = x = \$630.95
