Our liver, gallbladder and pancreas play a huge role in the human body and have many functions we learned about this week.

b.Moderate the amount of painkillers intake

c. Don't consume a lot of alcohol,keeping away from alcohol helps the liver to stay young and healthy. Concerning the kidney which

Kidney They are bean shaped organs that serve regulatory functions which removal of  excess organic molecules from the blood, removal of waste products of metabolism. The following are various ways to keep kidneys healthy

a. Staying hydrated always

b.Avoid sugary substances

c.Get yourself enough magnesium and vitamin B6 type , prevent formation of kidney stones.

d.Most important is  regular exercises.

Gallbladder is a small pear-shaped sac that lies just below  liver,  it plays a very important role in digestion which involves  storing and doles out bile, a fluid produced in the liver that helps digest fats.

 How to keep it healthy

a.Avoid consuming fatty food with a lot of cholesterol.Fats are known to cause gall stones.

b. Maintain a reasonable, medium weight 

c.Make body exercise a norm in daily life.

All the three body organs are related in terms of their functions, its very important to consider , execise, good diet and drug taking in minimum level to avoid getting problems and any disease associated with these type of organs can also  prevented also my  doing the the three things .
