How are the Citric Acid Cycle and the Calvin Cycle alike? How are they different?

1.Calvin Cycle takes place only in plants, whereas citric Acid cycle takes place in plants & animals 
2.Calvin Cycle takes place in chloroplasts,whereas citric Acid cycle takes place in mitochondria 
3.Calvin Cycle uses ATP, whereas citric Acid cycle leads to ATP production 
4.Calvin Cycle produces carbohydrates, whereas citric Acid cycle, breaks down carbohydrates. 
5.Calvin Cycle does not need O2, whereas citric Acid cycle cannot work if no O2.
