organization
Cover Letter
The Human Resources department plays an import at a role in the advancement of an
organization's competitiveness. The successful management of this function of an organization is
likely to lead to the successful realization of an organization's goals. Switzerland-based Nestle is
one of the most significant food-based companies in the world. Since 2014, Nestle has been
recognized as the best food company in the world about revenues and customer base. In 2017,
the company was ranked 64th in Fortune Global 500. Since the 1860s when the company was
formed, it has made significant progress in developing a wide range of food products to meet the
needs of its clients. While most people identify Nestle with Beverages, it is important to note that
Nestle produces and distributes other foods such as confectionary, ice cream, breakfast cereals,
and other foods. For many years, Nestle has been present in many families across the world, and
its impact has been immense.
While appreciating the impressive record of the company since it was formed, it is

working environment exposes Nestle to a wide range of challenges. One of these challenges is

the same environment. At a time when the world is working towards the creation of diverse
working environments which help to eliminate all forms of discrimination from the world, Nestle
is under obligation to make sure that it contributes towards this goal. While it is true that Nestle

of diversity within the organization.
