Description
Why is it important that we properly communicate change?
Explanation & Answer
Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
Change involves alteration of ways or norms of a firms operation. Such changes should .therefore, be properly communicated so that there is no confusion and for the change to be effectively implemented.
The process of change in an organization is a tedious and complicated process. Therefore, if there is no proper communication then the process might become more complicated, tedious and bring a lot of confusion within the organisation.
If change is not properly communicated then there tends to be more resistance towards it. Improper comunication also breeds suspicion and mistrust among employees especially if they feel that others are more favoured by the change than then. This suspicion if magnified if there is no proper communication of the change
