How does discrimination relate to issues such as immigration reform in the United States?

What are some ways you and your classmates can change the current social climate to prevent or at least reduce hostility and bias that might be behind some of these issues?

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

Discrimination based on race or other factors  affects the tastes and preferences of certain groups or individuals therefore causing them to make shift and changes in life while in a bid to satisfy the urge of acceptance. Many people who feel rejected oftenly desire to live in a place where they are accepted. To accord justice to these people and protect their rights the reforms have constantly been done.

My classmates can change the current social climate by accepting that all human beings are the same and that no one is more precious than the other when it comes to race gender or religion. They can change the social climate by embracing everyone and accepting the fact that no one chose where to be born, the color of their skin or their Gender.
