Introduction
Organizations are dependent on the interactions of employees to be successful.
Employees within the organization come with different opinions, priorities, and beliefs. This is
because of the different background from which they are drawn. While it is important to
understand individual as well as group dynamics in the organization, it is equally essential
macro-organization behavior. Due to this diversity, it becomes imperative to examine the
different employee groups in the work environment and the degree to which these groups interact
with each other. It all calls for examining how an organization operates based on its hierarchy,
employee relationships and work styles.
