Prepare a plan for a community program that aligns with qualities that were highlighted in Part 1 and 2. Show how socialization can be used to promote positive behavior in children and increase resilience.

Please read Chapter 3 of your text, Resilience in Children, Families, and Communities. This chapter discusses disruptive behaviors and how these can be a type of resilience. In addition, you will learn that increased socialization can be helpful in creating successful outcomes for children. Finally, you will learn how community organizations can develop programs that will address socialization needs and promote resilience.

III. Part 3: Holiday's Youth Group Program
A. This program will use gaming activities to bring youths together after which they
will always have the opportunity to interact with social welfare professions to
discuss the challenges and issues they face in life and how to address them
B. By bringing various teenagers together, the program works will work under the
concept that teenagers can use peer relationships to learn from each other
C. By bringing these teenagers to play and be taught, socialization occurs both
consciously and unconsciously.
