Employees are essential for the success of any business by providing labor. Every serious
business has a specific department that deals with the overall management of its workers known
as the HR department. The department deals with activities such as recruiting, firing, training,

details are crucial for a firm to meet its legal obligations. For instance, when tax regulators
enquire for employee tax information, being able to find it quickly is essential through
