First we see if we can factor this

2x^2 x 6=12x^2

Multiples of 12x^2 that will equal -7x when added is -3x and -4x

2x^2-4x-3x+6>0

2x(x-2)-3(x-2)>0

(x-2)(2x-3)>0

Solve each separate

x-2>0

x>2

and

2x-3>0

2x>3

x>3/2

Thus your answers are that x>2 and x>3/2
