Project Productivity Loss
Productivity is the efficiency in production or the rate of output per unit of input
(Syverson, 2011). However, various internal factors lead to a loss in productivity in multiple
organizations. In my organization, one of these factors includes supervision dilution which is
inadequacy in supervision or relaxation in the management of workers. The factor has resulted in
reduced productivity since most of the time employees work on their own hence reducing daily
evaluation. Without a regular performance review, people tend to relax and perform at a
