Introduction
A lot deliberation which has been witnessed in the United States has been surrounded by
issues of criminal procedures and probable cause. In most news reports there are always
occurrences which come up and bring into perspective the actions of law enforcers and the
manner in which they associate with aspects of probable cause and criminal procedure. In this
particular instance, undercover police unraveling a prostitution ring indicted two ladies in
Massachusetts, North Attleboro (Linton,2011).
The events leading to arrest
The attorneys of the two ladies namely Li Mei and Wei Amy insisted that the police
officers did not have adequate evidence to accuse the defendants in regards to the filed case
report. The attorney was curious if or not the supposed touching of the law enforcers essentially
depicted a felony in addition to a conspiracy. Both ladies pleaded innocence after the accusation
