You will provide a two part report. In the first part, you will detail how effectively your team worked together, how tasks were divided, and who collaborated on what tasks. You will describe your team’s process for identifying strengths and weaknesses of individual team members, and how the results of that process affected your team’s strategy for executing the project. Focus about a third of the paper on these questions.

The balance of your paper will reflect on your team work capabilities. Based on your experience, assess your strengths and areas where you could improve your ability to function on a team. Detail any instances where there was conflict, and your response to that conflict. Did you respond in a way that maximized team results? If not, what will you do differently next time? Also detail any instances where you had an opportunity to leverage your experience and knowledge for the good of the team. Did contribute or decide to abstain, and why. Most organizations require their employees to work on a team at some level. You are expected to use this reflective process to identify ways you can work more effectively in a team environment.

The effectiveness of working together
Our team was made of five members that were assigned to different tasks within the
group. The communication channel was set to be WhatsApp due to the distance between group
members. However, tasks were managed through networking and effective communication.
Considering the distance and the large area to be covered in the study, working as a team helped
in reaching the furthest places where some of the group members were located. Since the group
was made of five members, every member came from a different location to be able to handle a
wide area. While working as a team, I learned that certain parts are well known by different
people. The spread of talent and concept increases and widens the amount of information
delivered.
Delegation of Duties
The tasks to be completed were divided among the five members of the group in an equal
manner where no one was overworked or under-utilized while taking part in the project. Equal
measures were applied in segmenting various tasks to allow every member to input the skills and
effort based on personal ability. The reason for allowing members to participate where they best
fit is to encourage perfectionism and excellent work. When a person is assigned to a sector they
like most, the results are deemed to come out well and in a presentable manner. Since no group
can have members that exactly fit the number of different tasks, some of the tasks that had no
member having the skill were shared among the members to contribute and lead to a successful
ending.
