multiplying  equation 2 by -2

-4u-2v=16     --------------------------------------------------------------3)


adding equation 1 and 3 we get

3u+2v=-15 

-4u-2v=16

-u+0=1

u=-1

Than substituting u in 1)

-3+2v=-15

2v=-12

v=-6


ordered pair is (-1,-6)
