if  

3/x 1−3/2=4/3x 3   

is : 
3/x + 1 - 3/2 = 4/3x + 3 so the solution is 
3/x -1/2  -3 = 4/3x 
3/x -7/2 -4/3x = 0
3/x - 4/3x = 7/2 
9/3x - 4/3x = 7/2 
5/3x = 7/2
10 = 21x
x = 10/21

if is not the right equation just read it again i will give you the answer
