Here we see two types of terms: with m and with n. Let's group like terms using the commutative law:

2m+5n+6m+8n = (2m+6m)+(5n+8n).

Now use the distributive law:

(2m+6m)+(5n+8n) = (2+6)*m + (5+8)*n = 8*m + 13*n.

This is the answer.
