wyatt adventures out to the Hillsdale county fair this September. it cast 10 dollars to get in which includes one free ride. each additional ride cost 2.50.
write the sequence to the cost of experiencing the rides.
and what do they mean about sequencing with a math problem?
Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
Basically it asks the cost in terms of number of ride
the first ride is include in the get in ticket, so the cost (C(n)) in terms of number of rides n is
C(n) = 10+2.5*(n-1)
so my brother is telling me his teacher said there are 12 rides so would 12 be "n"?
he put down 10+2.50(12-1)= 37.50
should we add something or not include something?
so his answer is ok?
