Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!
If a CPA is known to be ethical then they have a better chance of being hired and for better jobs is the short answer. A CPA holds an advisory position so naturally anyone looking for a financial adviser would want them to be ethical and trustworthy since they are entrusted to influence or help guide financial decisions based solely on the interests of the company/person they are working for. An emphasis is put on CPA's to be ethical because their position is a helpful one in many scams and schemes.

I am a business minor and we recently discussed CPA's and how there is a big push for ethics to be taught more in business classes so we got into why being ethical is important for different business roles.
