Addressing Deming’s points
For the management team, it has to consider implementing at least one of Deming’s 14, and this
is the methodology that would be effective for the company. For the face powder facility, it
needs some adjustments in the way it addresses its business, and it needs to follow steps
carefully in order for the company to generate enough profit. For the companies that are already
active in business are making good profits. With time current pressed face powder production
process need to be streamlined in order to eliminate wastes. Part of eliminating wastes starts with
evaluating the costs. The main costs are transportation and operations. There are different
