This is a law of exponents problem. Let's use the law of exponents identity

(a/b)^n=a^n * b^n.

So for our problem

(d/c)^2=d^2 *c^2

d^2/c^2 is the final answer.

We stipulate c does not equal 0, because we cannot divide by 0.
