Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question! IF you have any clarification, please don't hesitate to ask and I will do my best to answer. ++++++++++++

Emotional motivation can improve logical decision making if and only if the person who is experiencing intense feelings during the decision making process can effectively regulate the biases that result from those feelings. However, it can also impair logical decision making. Feelings are well-known to be bias-inducer, and once those biases enter the decision making process, it is highly likely that it will no longer be logical. In other words, feelings can easily color a person’s cognitive judgment.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
