Professionals are always likely to encounter situations in which they would have to make
a decision on a particular issue, not only based on their perception of the issue in question, but
also on their belief on what is right. Most importantly, nursing educators have been keen to
include concepts on how best one ought to react to cases of dilemma involving different issues in
the course of their practice. According to research, the emphasis on concepts related to ethical
and legal dilemma and the consequent inclusion of the different concepts in the nurse education
curriculum has often focused on the medical practice of the nursing professional (Klein, 2014).
However, in addition to the issues likely to be experienced in the context of medical practice and
interaction with clients, it would also be important to highlight existing situations in which nurse
