                           =  1.030*10^23 /  1.998*10^27

                           =   0.51551 * 10^(23-27)

                           =   0.51551 * 10^ -4

                         =  5.1551 * 10^ -5

                         =   5.16  * 10^ -5

answer is 

 5.16  * 10^ -5
