When we take a molecule we usually use the mass of the atom hence for CUSO4*5 H2O we will have

1 Cu = 63.55 g/mol ....................ans
1 S = 32.04 g/mol 
9 O = 9(16.00) = 144 g/mol 
10 H = 10(1.008) = 10.08 g/mol
