Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

175 Pound = 175* 0.453592 = 79.3787 Kg

So, medication required = 2.80* 79.3787 mg ( since the patient is over 25 Kg)
= 222.26036 mg

since 1 mL contains = 3.25 mg of medicine
so, 222.26036 mg would require = 222.26036/3.25 mL = 68.38780 mL

Let me know incase you need any further help ! Thanks :)
