The nursing career is one that has been in existences for decades and the role that they
play in hospitals cannot be undervalued in anyway. Special learning programs have been created
over the years and this is to ensure that nurses are up to par with various health developments
and ensure that they can be of maximum help to patients, the same effort hasn’t been placed in
assessing their pay. A vital profession such as a nurse is marred with problems of workers being
underpaid while being overworked and thus affecting their productivity.
