Motivation Techniques likely to work for paid staff:

1.  Good pay

Everyone working is always looking for a job that offers good payments like good salaries and compensations for activities. By giving quality payments, an  organization motivates it employees to go work with passion. It also eliminates the desire to go hunting for another Job.

2. Job security

When employees are assured that they have their job for a given period of time and that they are not in any way likely to lose it, they tend to work with passion.

3. Good working environment.

The places where people work, the conditions which affect their health and their well being determine to a great extend the desire they will have to serve a given organization. In any case a bad working environment, irregardless of the amount they earn scares employees away.

4. Rewards for good performance

Everytime an employee gets a reward because of a credible job they have done, they get encouraged to continue
