Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

According  to  given  question

(9/a+b)^2=0

by  taking  square on both sides

9/a+b=0

9/a=-b

9=-ab

other  method is

(9/a+b)^2=0

taking square on both sides

9/a+b=0

by multiple a on both sides
