in this particular question we can see that there is a lager  diiference from the middle considering the Absolute deviation   Absolute deviation= 45-u= 12

mean = 33. This implies a greater diffeence from the average mean

In this particular  case, the  variation between the deviation and  mean is very high, meaning  the customers had  a very slight  probability  of losses in  being  loyal in that particular bank
