Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

 data set of  x= 45

 and deviation of 12

in this particular question we can see that there is a lager  diiference from the middle considering the Absolute deviation   Absolute deviation= 45-u= 12

mean = 33. This implies a greater diffeence from the average mean

Data set of 84  Deviation of 20

this mean................ continuing  please wait just a slight problem

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.

Absolute deviation =

84- MEAN = -20

 Absolute  MEAN =104

The deviation in this particular case has a smaller figure meaning that  the difference from the mean is very high ,  meaning its variance is more spread than  the one with deviation of 12 . this can mean a lot in terms of risk in business , The deviation  difference gives a good indication of the variability of annual returns and makes it easy to compare to other funds when combined with annual return data.

Its  also important in assessing a viability of  business investment strategies.

I have another question if you dont mind,

comment on the statement "the mean loss for customers at first state bank (which was not insured) was $150 the standard deviation of the losses was -125?

In this particular  case, the  variation between the deviation and  mean is very high, meaning  the customers had  a very slight  probability  of losses in  being  loyal in that particular bank

Hi!,

I have 2 question if you dont mind,

Let f(x)=cosx

Prove f^(x)=sinx by definition

and...

Let f(x)=x^n

Prove f^1(x)=nx^n-1  by definition
