Every organization takes up a project simply because it wants to impact a change in society or to itself. Analyzing it deeper, we realize that there are overall different types of organizational change which includes the planned versus the unplanned, incremental- which is the slow and gradual growth/change versus transformational. When an organization knows which type of change it needs to implement, it helps its participants to retain the perspective even during the most complex situations.
