It is pretty hard to imagine a life if the industrial
revolution had not happened. This is because each present life event finds its
basis from the previousl life events.
Without industrial revolution, the world’s population
would probably be less, there will be more natural resources and we would have
created less environmental turmoil than we have done today.
On the other side of the coin, we would be in world
where each one of us isnt aware of what is happening to the next person. Life would
probably have been very slow since such things as communication woul be greatly
slowed down. Things would be much simpler than they are today, but again each
individual world would be much smaller.
Maybe our lives would be shorter now since the medical
world would be underdeveloped. The power structures as we know them today would
be different. Technology would be slowed down and things like computers would
be unheard of.
The bottom line is, without industrial revolution, our environment would be intact now. However, we would be very backward in terms of technology.
