Thanks for giving me the chance to help you out!

Hey so I might be giving you too much information you will have to decide what your teacher wants. For this function I plugged in the values -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, and 3 for x every time to solve for f(x)

I got the points

(-3, -6)
(-2, -1)
(-1, 2)
(0, 3)
(1, 2)
(2, -1)
(3, -6)

So I plotted all those and connected. To describe it you could say it is a parabola that opens up downard. It has a domain (all possible x values, left or right) of all real numbers. It has a range (up and down values or all possible values for y) of y is less than or equal to 3 (although you should put this in symbols I am not able to type the < sign with a line underneath it)

I hope this was helpful. Please let me know if you need any clarification
